1. How do I register for a TVNewsday account?
2. I entered my e-mail address and password on the login form, but still cannot access member-only content. I don't receive any error message after logging in. How can I fix this?

1. How do I register for a TVNewsday account?

   Registration on TVNewsday is fast and free. To register, simply fill out the fom completely and accurately at http://www.tvnewsday.com/register/. Be sure to fill in the registration verification words at the bottom of the page and hit submit. That.s it.

   You can now login to your TVNewsday account at http://www.tvnewsday.com/login/ using your e-mail address and password.

2. I entered my e-mail address and password on the login form, but still cannot access member-only content. I don't receive any error message after logging in. How can I fix this?

   Make sure your browser has cookies enabled.

   In Microsoft Internet Explorer: Go to the 'Tools' menu, then select 'Internet Options...'. Click on the 'Privacy' tab and click the 'Default' button (or manually slide the bar down to 'Medium') under 'Settings'. Click 'OK'.

   In Mozilla Firefox: Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. Select the 'Privacy' icon. Make sure the box is checked that says 'Allow sites to set cookies'. Click 'OK'.

3. How do I keep TVNewsday AM, TVNewsday PM and/or TVNewsday Alerts out of my spam filter or my company's spam filter?

   Please ask your IT team to White List emails from TVNewsday.com. Here is the info they will need: From names: TVNewsday AM TVNewsday PM TVNewsday Alerts From address: tvnewsday@tvnewsday.com

   Please add TVNewsday AM, TVNewsday PM and TVNewsday Alerts (or those to which you have subscribed) to your Address Book. Sample: Name: TVNewsday AM Email address: tvnewsday@tvnewsday.com
